Our class are designed to build confidence for those newer to yoga.

Leave with a stronger sense of how to find stability and ease in poses we see in almost every yoga class: palakasana (plank), chaturanga, Adhomukha (downward facing dog), ek Pada adhomukha (three legged dog) and more.

- It improves the digestive system. Very beneficial for diabetes patients.

MEET RASHMI KABRA ✨✨✨

Join Rashmi for our first Meditation workshop for 2023 (as of September 22, 2023), where she will train the mind to focus and to redirect their thoughts onto something, either a specific sound/ chant, breath etc. she had been a yoga practitioner for 15 years and she specialise in asanas, pranayama, meditation techniques and yoga philosophy.

There will be mantra and chanting led by Rashmi with her exquisite voice.

Open to all.

Our class is designed for everyone wanting to build confidence with the poses that form the foundation of a vinyasa class.

KAPOTASANA (Pigeon Pose)

Benefits:
- stretches the joints and muscles of the legs.
- Reduces stiffness in the back and the hips.
- Balance blood pressure
- Releases stress and calms the mind and the body.

Contraindications:
- Avoid this asana if you have knee/ groin injury, severe back pain, wrist injuries or carpal tunnel syndrome.
