When we are too caught up with our duties and obligations, it's likely to feel stressed. You know that stress doesn't feel good.

So, when feel stressed, you should take a break from that source of stress and engage in activities that kill your stress.

Take charge of your mental health and make yourself feel better.

Congratulations to the batch of 2020 for passing your 10th and 12th board exams. You all deserve a pat on your backs. Some of you may be overjoyed by the results while some of you may be disappointed. But remember that these grades don't define your true potential, the effort that you've put does.

You all are unique and special in your own ways. Cultivate your talents and your passion and give your 100% in whatever you do in life.

Never ever believe that knowledge can be derived just from the academic textbooks. Keep your learning mode on and absorb all the life's lessons and share it with others.

It's been 10 years that I first got my board results, and here are the few lessons that I'v learned in my life:

1. Don't be afraid of failure, you can make mistakes and learn from them. Your potential is limitless remember that any goal can be achieved if you are really passionate about it.

2. Never compare yourself with anyone else. Everyone is walking on their own path. You may get inspired, but don't compare your worth looking at someone else's achievements.

3. Focus on giving 100%. If you give your best, you will not be disappointed by the results, but you'll understand that the fruits you've received is the product of your efforts and choices.

4. Keep your learning mode on. No one is born perfect, everyone is learning. Learning never ends in life even if you want it to. You don't grow if you don't learn.

5. Lastly, remember to be a kind human. World needs more of that.

Most of your fears are just imaginary. They trigger your mind to magnify the reality which actually looks so simple. The more you submit to your fears, the more it will overpower you and your life.

Today, I taught my kids the poem called "How The Little Kite learned to fly" by Katherine Pyle. The main message of the poem was to show how overcoming the fears can help us rise high up in life. The little kite is afraid to fly for the fear of falling down. The big kite says, "..only try, or I fear you never will learn at all". This line indeed gives such a beautiful message for children and everyone. Then the little kite sets itself on flight, frightened and trembling, but slowly he soars high above and flies side by side with the big kite. ☁️

Everything will appear frightening at first. This is because our brain has been programmed to avoid danger or risks. So, any situation outside of the comfort zone is recognized as a threat by our brains 🧠.

But you got to remind your brain that you got this. Those fearful thoughts are not real.

Homeschooling at this time of the pandemic can be tough for parents as well as students. I have taken this initiative to teach basic English Grammar so that the students can grasp the concepts of basic English. This video will also help the parents to understand and further explain the concepts to their children.

I would request you to please share this with those in need. If you have a child at home, or in your neighborhood, or anyone you know, please share it with them. It would be of great help.
