Sharing one of my happy moments as an hysterolaparoscopic surgeon !

Many patients have the problem of repeated abortions , inability to conceive and recurrent episodes of ectopic / tubal pregnancies ending up with surrogacy or loosing their both tubes unnecessarily by salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy .

Many are not even updated that all ectopic pregnancies need not end up in Tubal removal , because there are medical treatments available
to remove ectopic pregnancy just with medical management , when diagnosed early before rupturing of tube.

Most patients have problems in uterine cavities due to narrow uterine cavities and some have tubal disease due to pelvic infections , procedures in utero when aseptic precautions were not used not properly sterilizing instruments, during the procedures, ending up failure in implantation and failure to conceive.

Any patient with even one inevitable abortion should be investigated properly before going for next conception , because most of the causes are preventable and can be diagnosed and cured completely !

This is one such case with repeated abortion .
Patient had very narrow uterine cavity called T UTERUS .

Pt a case of severe T uterus ,corrected after metroplasty, conceived immediately within 2 months, post hysteroscopic metroplasty 🙂

She has achieved excellence in treating Childless couples with high success rates even in elderly couples by
Ovarian and uterine rejuvenation procedures like PRP & STEM CELL INJECTIONS.

ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY OF RHEA IVF 👍🏽
This post is an example to tell that our
of Rhea IVF and women’s hospital doesn’t focus on only giving babies through IVF & ICSI .

Here is a beautiful story of a young couple working in health department of overseas!

Both of them came with difficulties in having a child .
We evaluated and found problems in both the couple .
I was able to clear the problems of the wife completely through Hysteroscopy procedure and laparoscopy along with PRP into uterus to increase her conceiving capability and went for ICSI procedure and had 6 embryos and froze 7 oocytes for later use.
Since the couple wanted to have ET after one year we froze the embryos.

One fine day through messenger I received a thank you note from the husband with a happy news that after they went back to work overseas his wife had conceived spontaneously and naturally!

They are the 2nd of three couples who conceived naturally after an ICSI cycle before going for Frozen Embryo Transfer as we completely clear all problems in women by HysteroLaparoscopy procedures before going for cycles.

Regarding this patient,
Sky was the limit for our happiness as regardless of having embryos in our Cryo preservation, the couple proved that they both have the ability to have a child naturally.

Making the couple to have all possibilities of Natural conception before finally resorting to IVF or ICSI.

At Rhea hospital , we see that the woman is completely cleared off her problems through endoscopic procedures to maximize the capability of getting pregnant, to prevent future miscarriages and to reduce the failure of implantation so that they conceive within one or two cycles post Embryo transfer 👍🏽

We have seen for the past 18 years especially after starting Hysteroscopy procedures in 2006, most of the time young women below 30 years conceive spontaneously after correction, if the husband parameters are good .

IN THIS POST WE WANT TO EMPHASISE THAT AGE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN WOMEN AND WE ADVISE WOMEN TO HAVE THEIR FIRST CHILD BEFORE 30 YEARS AT ANY COST.
