And the good news? You can prevent or delay it with daily habits.

🔍 What actually causes it?
High-carb, low-protein diets.
Sedentary lifestyle (little or no movement).
Sleeping late or poor sleep quality.
Chronic stress and emotional eating.
Belly fat, gut issues, and insulin resistance.

HbA1c tells your 3-month average blood sugar

Here’s how to read it:
✅ Below 5.7% – Normal
⚠️ 5.7 to 6.4% – Prediabetic
🚨 6.5%+ – Type 2 Diabetes

If you're in the prediabetic range, this is your window to turn it around. And yes — it is possible.

🛡️ Start with lifestyle:
🥗 Add protein + fibre to each meal
