⚠️ Diabetes doesn’t start at 40
⚠️ Obesity doesn’t start at 35
⚠️ PCOS doesn’t start at 30
⚠️ Stress eating doesn’t start in adulthood

It begins quietly…
With daily cold drinks 🥤
With “just one more” chocolate 🍫
With late-night eating 🌙
With using food as comfort 💭

And because there are no immediate symptoms…
we assume “it’s fine.”

👉 But your body is always keeping score.
