Only drinking plain water is not the best way to hydrate.

Diaphragmatic breathing:
✅while breathing in belly comes out and belly goes in while breathing out.
✅Correct tongue posture that is tongue resting at roof of mouth will enhance nasal breathing.
✅Breathing out should be longer than breathing in.
✅4 seconds inhale,4 seconds hold ,6 seconds exhale,2 seconds pause…followed by next breath.
(If you can’t follow this,start with your own pace gradually your breathing will improve.)
✅Minmum 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before bed time.
✅consistency is the key to success.
Remember inspite of practising you are using accessory muscles and not diaphragm,get it checked with near by physiotherapist and get it treated.

Diaphragmatic breathing:
* relaxes mind & body
* reduces physical & mental tension
* improves mind body connection
* improves circulation
* increases oxygenation
* release of endorphins which helps in relieving pain & improved over all mood
Breath work can be beneficial for managing chronic pains but alone may not give complete pain relief. It is better used with complete assessment by a qualified physiotherapist.
