What is the point of having a heart ❤️

if you lock it up every time it feels something?

Love unspoken.
Care unexpressed.
Hurt suppressed.
Tears hidden behind “I’m fine.”

A heart is not meant to be a storage room for emotions.
It’s meant to be felt. Shared. Honored.

If you never say “I love you,”
never admit “that hurt me,”
