30 years old female patient with history of bleeding gums and pain. On examination, probing pocket depth more than 5 mm in 1 and 2 nd quadrant. On radiographic examination, generalised bone loss in 1 and 2 nd quadrant.

Diagnosis: AGGRESSIVE PERIODONTITIS

TREATMENT: Scaling and root planing done before a month and followed by flap surgery done and sutured.
