Naanal has its authority to serve for public. We registered legally as Naanal trust (Reg. It was inaugurated by Dr. G. Nammalvar, Who is an Indian Organic Farming scientist, hailing from the Agro-based Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. He is involved in preaching the farmers to get edge in Organic Farming. Our trust members are very interested to improve our surrounding environment and also to create awareness for students, public, etc. In our current situation due to deforestation we are facing various environmental issues. Most importantly we are losing rain and as a consequence availability of water is going down rapidly. It also leads to global warming and already a hole has been formed in Ozone layer. Due to these problems food and shelter for birds, animals and small insects have become a big question mark. Not only it affects animals but also us humans are in great trouble. Now-a-days we can’t get pure air and water for us. The effect of noise and lethal rays (like UV rays) has been increased vastly. People are getting various diseases and mental illness due to these issues. Naanal is providing programs for public and also for students. Through social media, competition and yoga, students are encouraged to make our surroundings clean and also show them how to plant trees to increase the wealth of our living areas. Giving plants for public and also plant trees at the roadside and creating small forests in areas wherever possible. Even though we should plant trees there are some plants and trees that are harmful for our environment should be destroyed (Parthenium, Seemai Karuvelam [prosopis juliflora] and etc.). Programs have been conducted not to destroy plants and trees and also giving their uses for our Global improvement. Through this we are making sure of all the living things like birds and small insects will be getting food and shelter. We should leave our next generation with a healthy environment and show them a way to maintain.
