Let me clear some myths:

✅Belly fat will automatically reduce when overall body fat reduces.

✅We cannot do spot reduction but we can build abdomen muscles through regular exercise so as to reduce the fat in that area.

✅Having a protein and fibre rich breakfast will help you build your muscles and keep your gut healthy. Do not skip any meals otherwise you won't lose fat, you might lose muscles.

✅Focus on improving food habits, maintaining a calorie deficit and adopt an active lifestyle, your belly will thank you.

✅Drinking enough water is easiest yet very healthy habit if you want your gut to be healthy and clean. Remember, healthy gut= more fatloss.
