Community Health Centre, Azhikode The CHC at Azhikode has been providing basic health care to the people of Azhikode since 1968

This is a 34 bedded hospital providing Out-patient,In-patient and Field services to the Locality. We are the supervisory institution to five other primary Health centres under this block. This institution started of as a Block Primary Health centre and was subsequently elevated to the status of a Community Health Centre in 2009 . We cater to a population of around 30,000 people through our six subcentres.
