Left Hepatectomy done for hepatocellular carcinoma in left lobe of liver. A 45 year old man presented with loss of appetite, lump in abdomen since a year on evaluation, he had 15 centimetre × 12 centimetre left lobe of liver mass, no any site of metastasis ,his AFP was 10,000ng/ml . He had history of chronic alcoholism. Post op recovery was uneventful. Postop HPE - HCC, with clear margin 3.5cm.

A 60- year old man presented with complaint of bleeding per re**um since 6 months on evaluation he had cT3N+carcinoma re**um . He received new adjuvant chemo radiotherapy and had partial response, now ultra low anterior resection with complet CRM resection and colo-anal Anastomosis done.
