The first lesson in medical school - " Listen to your patient, she is telling you the diagnosis " always helps!
So if adequate time is given to history taking and going through all investigations done properly, it's more likely to click in the first go!
Sometimes simple solutions work for big problems just as for this couple !

This pt came to me with pain lower abdomen with USG finding S/O dermoid cyst of ovary..done laparoscopic dermoid cyst removal ..pt discharged after 2 days ..
