खाने के बाद बच्चे को डकार दिलाना उनके पेट को आराम देता है और उनकी पाचन क्रिया मैं भी मदद करता है ।
डकार आना पेट मे जमी किसी भी गैस को निकाल देता है और पेट को हल्का रखता है।

याद रखें कि बच्चों को छोटे अल्पाहार दे और खाना खिलाने के बाद उन्हें कुछ देर अपने कंधे पर ही रखे जिससे डकार आने मे सहायता मिलती है।

अधिकांश बच्चे 6 महीने की अवस्था मे सॉलिड फ़ूड 🥣 के लिए तैयार हो जाते हैं।
ज़रूरी है कुछ बातों का ख़ास ध्यान रखना।

👉क्या बच्चे अपनी आराम चेयर पे आराम से बैठ पा रहें हैं।
👉क्या उनको खाने के प्रति कोई रुचि है।
👉क्या उनके सर और गर्दन के बीच मे सही नियंत्रण है।

ध्यान रहें की हर बच्चा अलग है और उनकी रुचिया भी अलग होती है, इसलिए उन्हें छोटे अल्पाहार दे और खाना खिलाने के बार डकार ज़रूर दिलाये।

जबकि बच्चों में मुँह के छाले आमतौर पर एक सप्ताह या दो में खुद ही ठीक हो जाते हैं, तब ये खासकर खाने या पीने के दौरान असहजता और दर्द का कारण बन सकते हैं।

लक्षणों को कम करने और ठीक करने के लिए,
👉माता-पिता को अपने बच्चे को अच्छे मौखिक स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल करे
👉मसालेदार भोजन से बचने का प्रोत्साहन दे
👉उनके मुँह को नमक वाले पानी या हल्के एंटीसेप्टिक मुँहवाश के साथ धोने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करे

यदि यह स्थिति ज़्यादा दिन तक रहती है तो अपने नज़दीकी डॉक्टर की सलाह ले।
