It’s high time to realize this fact!
Better to take in food that is healthier rather than getting sick and taking medicines. Sticking to a healthy diet is the most appropriate way of taking care of your health. Many illnesses can be prevented, treated, or even cured by dietary and lifestyle changes. Food does much more than simply provide you with fuel. It may promote health, depending on what you eat.
Thus, we should rely less on medicine for our cure and focus more on overall wellness through natural ways.

If you're constipated, stay away from these C's.

1. Cumin
In Ayurveda, cumin is known as Jeeraka. It aids digestion because it is easy to digest but also drying, making it ideal for appetite, diarrhoea, and IBS but not constipation.
So, jeera is good for everything but constipation.

2. Curd
Curd increases taste, is spicy, and balances vata, but it is also heavy to digest and absorbent in nature, similar to cumin, making it incompatible with constipation.
If you're constipated, stay away from curd until you feel better.

3. Caffeine (number three)
Caffeine is thought to stimulate the muscles in our digestive tract and facilitate bowel movement. Caffeine, on the other hand, induces dehydration, which might have the reverse effect and produce constipation.
So, begin your day with warm water or a tsp of cow ghee especially if you're constipated.
