Hi ..the above image clearly underlines the importance of volume 4D imaging... the fetus shows flat nose with reduced naso frontal angle..suggestive feature of Binder syndrome .... Images speak .. Patient is convinced looking at image and can be counselled in a much better way

This is a large calculus in CBD just distal to the biliary confluence... A case where USG is more helpful as MRCP wld hv suggested complete abrupt cut off and raised suspicion of cholangio...usg clears out the matter....

Orbital Hypotelorism... It means reduced distance between two organs and in this case its orbits... Rule is the interorbit distance should be equal to the orbital diameter( measured between 2 medial canthi)..And always Face is the predictor of brain... Holoprosencephaly is very commonly associated with it... Other associations are craniosynostosis/ Dandy walker/ trisomy13 and 18..just a screen through orbit helps...
