अम्बा अस्पताल ने निःसंतान दम्पतियों के इलाज के लिए विशेष Infertility clinic की शुरुआत करी है। Infertility Clinic का मतलब टेस्ट टयूब बेबी सेंटर नही हैं।
दोनों निःसंतान पार्टनर्स की पहले सम्पूर्ण जांच करते हैं – पुरुष का semen जांच और Trans-Vaginal Ultrasound से बच्चे दानी, नलों और अण्डाशय का बारीक आंकलन करके देखा जाता है। अगर कोई कमी पायी जाती है तो पहले उसे ठीक किया जाता हैं, दवाओं के माध्यम से। उसके बाद जरुरत पड़ने पर HSG- X-RAY करके स्त्री के नले खुले है कि नही देखा जाता हैं। नले अगर खुले है तो IUI की प्रक्रिया से गर्भधारण का प्रयास किया जाता हैं। नले खुले होने पर IUI के रिजल्ट बहुत अच्छे होते हैं, टेस्ट टयूब बेबी प्रक्रिया के बराबर। बच्चे दानी के अंदरूनी विकार hysteroscopy करके ठीक कर लिए जाते है। ये सब कार्य एक ही जगह होते है पैकेज चार्ज के अंतर्गत। Initial Work Up starts from 1500/-
