The golden milk !!
In winter this milk if consumed everyday at night just a cup will not only prevent from cough n cold but also a great healer for those who face trouble while sleeping ...
Just take a raw turmeric boil a cup of milk then add about a spoon of grated raw turmeric simmer the milk for 5 min then pour it in a cup and drink half an hour before going to sleep . .... trust me whole winter you will enjoy a god night sleep...
