A 75yr old patient with CAD and compromised cardiac function who had a h/o 5-6dislocations of THR and had severely deficient abductors. Patient was in severe pain with a neglected dislocated hip. Cemented cup was revised to an uncemented cup with a constrained liner which was the only option left for her.

Each patient is different and implants should be chosen as per the patient’s knee…A surgeon should be open to all implant options to give the patient best possible results. Robots specific to one implant may not let surgeon choose different implants.

- Oxinium with extension rod used for a very severe varus knee with bone defect
- Attune and PFC-Sigma for the other cases!

Follow up of a young male diagnosed with severely comminuted distal humerus fracture with a floating elbow injury with Biceps muscle injury and an open arm injury!!
Very good functional result was achieved!!

A 92yr old lady operated for a proximal femur fracture and a modular bipolar was done…In such elderly osteoporotic patients hemiarthroplasty gives better outcome than fixing fractures!!
