How emotions can affect the health?
Body responds to the way one thinks, feels and acts. It is often called as the mind & body connection. When one is stressed, anxious or upset, body tries to tell that something isn’t right. E.g., high blood pressure or a stomach ulcer might develop after a particularly stressful event, such as the death of a loved one or losing the job. Poor emotional health can weaken the body’s immune system, making more likely to get colds and other infections during emotionally difficult times. Also, when one is feeling stressed, anxious or upset then he/she may not take care of her health very well.
We all should be physically as well as emotionally strong.
