This wasn’t just another trip.
It’s very hard to explain the significance of this place for me in words, so I won’t even try. It unfolded something deep within me, which is beyond words..

Each picture in this post holds immense value for me and carries a story behind it:

1. Vivekananda Rock Memorial
There is no other picture with which I could start this post — it was not only the starting point of my journey in Kanyakumari, but also of my inner journey.

2. Meditation Hall
The main reason why I came to this place, and where everything unfolded.
It’s not just another hall… not another temple.
It’s built and maintained in such a way that if you sit there, a lot of things can simply click within you.

3–4. Sunrise & time spent on the beach
I just sat there and observed the ocean.
When you really sit and look, you see not only how beautiful it is — it’s so strong and powerful it can feel overwhelming.
Especially if you fall in 😂 (which thankfully didn’t happen).

5. Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple
On the way there, I got lost, ended up near a trash dump, then all of a sudden on a beautiful beach.
Got sunburn and questioned my life 😂
Afterwards I found the way, had a small conversation there and then… and continued to Vivekananda Kendra.

6. A quote by Swami Vivekananda
This one struck me deeply.
We tend to believe everyone else, but not ourselves.
We doubt every step, every decision — what if this, what if that…

7–8. Ramayana Darshana — Vivekananda Kendra
First picture: Hanumanji.
Second: Ram ji.
A big exhibition with the entire Ramayana story.
On the upper floor, there is more to explore about mothers, and a powerful Nataraja which I found absolutely stunning.
There was also the Vasudha exhibition — focused on ecology, sustainability, and holistic living.
From here, I got connected to more people.

.. in just a few hours my travel starts .. and instead of packing, I somehow ended up cooking. Typical me. 😂

I wanted something warm, quick and grounding before the long journey, after what I won’t be hungry just in few hours, so I mixed a few simple things from the pantry, added some spices, and it turned into this creamy yellow bowl that tastes way better than it looks.
A little experiment… but such a comforting one.

It’s vegan, gluten-free, super light — exactly what my body wanted today.

But now I’m curious… what do you think I put inside?
Take a guess 👇 I love when you try to decode my chaotic, yet bowls 🤪

Wednesday mood ✨
Today I was feeling like having something light — and oatmeal is exactly that 😋
Made this cozy bowl with oats, chia, flax seeds, apple, cinnamon, and unsweetened almond milk, topped with fresh blueberries and a bit of dark chocolate 🤤💙

It’s creamy, fiber-rich, and full of plant-based goodness 🌱

🍎 Do you like oatmeal? 👀

✨ Experimenting with spices, balance and taste ✨
As now I’m preparing for a program with certain food guidelines:
• no onion, no garlic, no hing (asafoetida), no chilli — just clean, sattvic flavours
• following the 50–50 rule — half of the meal raw, half cooked — to keep the system light and energetic

Soooo I’m exploring creative ways to include more raw food, even during winter when I mostly crave only soups or something warm ❄️

Today’s bowl:
sweet potato & chickpeas in coconut milk, light couscous, and a raw mix of lamb’s lettuce with purple cabbage.

Simple. Nourishing. Grounding.
And once I master this meal, it means just one thing… recipe coming soon 👀😜

🍁 Bowl kind of day 🍁
Buckwheat, black chickpeas with cabbage, little pinch of coconut milk, beetroot, and a touch of tang from pickled peppers.
Not really fancy one, but grounding and nourishing food that feels alive ✨🌱

✨ Quiet Morning in Paris ✨
There’s something magical about this moment — the calm streets, the soft glow of the sky, and the stars still watching over the city. 🌙
This view truly stole my heart. I’ll be sharing more beautiful places, stories, and memories from my time here soon, but this picture deserves its own post. 💫
France has left a piece of itself with me — and I know I’ll be back one day to explore even more of its charm. 🇫🇷

Today I tried Musaka ✨wait, what it is?!

Traditionally, it’s made with eggplant, potatoes, and a creamy or tomato-based sauce.

Most people associate it with Greece, but interestingly — it actually comes from Turkey and the wider Middle East 🇹🇷🌍
The Greek version that most of us know today was created later, when a chef added the creamy béchamel layer that made it famous.

The vegetarian musaka swaps the meat for lentils, chickpeas, or colorful veggies, making it lighter yet still full of comfort and depth 💛

It’s one of those dishes that travel through cultures — changing form, but keeping the same heart.
