Yoga Teacher’s Training Courses
Discover Our Yoga Teacher’s Training Course & Become A Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance)
It is intended for students who would like to develop their knowledge of Yoga further and also for those who are wanting to train as teachers. Students explore a practical and theoretical syllabus that covers: anatomy and physiology (including common medical conditions), Pranayama, history and philosophy of Yoga and class management. Upon successfully passing the exam, participants receive a certificate of completion from the Yoga Shaastra Studio which is of 200 hours standard.
