To***co Cessation Centre (TCC) at OPD 22, Department of Psychiatry, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences was inaugurated today by Dean - Dr Yugantara Kadam in the presence of Dr RG Naniwadekar, Medical Administrator, TCC Nodal Officer Dr Sujata Patil, TCC Members Dr Ajish Mangot and Mrs Shailaja Patil, and HODs from Department of Community Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Physiology and Anatomy, along with Faculty Members and Support Staff from the Department of Community Medicine and Psychiatry.

The event was part of the grand virtual inauguration of To***co Free Youth Campaign 2.0 by Shri JP Naddaji, Hon'ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare, in which all Medical Colleges across India participated and inaugurated their respective TCC.

Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Karad is committed to ensure a To***co Free Educational Campus as envisioned by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences will strive to be its driving force.
