CME Programme Organised at Khambhat.

Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad, in collaboration with the Medical Forum of Khambhat, organised a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme on 8th January,2026 at Khambhat.

The CME featured expert sessions by eminent specialists. Cardiologist of Cardiac Centre of Shree Krishna Hospital ,Dr. Sunil Karna delivered an insightful talk on current advances in interventional cardiology, highlighting recent developments and best practices in cardiac care. Dr. Manish Tiwari, Cardiothoracic Surgeon of Cardiac Centre of Shree Krishna Hospital delivered a lecture on achieving surgical excellence at a rural-based cardiac centre, sharing valuable clinical experience and strategies for high-quality outcomes.

The CME programme was coordinated by Dr. Ankur Raval (MD Medicine). The event was organised under the guidance and support of Dr. N. I. Rathi, Secretary, Indian Medical Association (IMA); Dr. Bharatbhai Patel (MD), President, IMA; and Dr. Amit Doshi, Vice President, IMA.

More than 20 doctors from Khambhat and surrounding areas actively participated in the CME programme, which provided an excellent platform for academic discussion and professional development.

Free Health Check-up Camp Organised at Alirajpur.

Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad, in association with the Environment Support Institute, organised a free health check-up camp on 1st February,2026 at Sahyog Garden, Alirajpur district, Madhya Pradesh. The camp was held in the memory of senior leader Late Shri Dinesh Harsola and Brahmin Samaj leader Late Shri Ashwinikumar Pancholi.

The one-day camp offered comprehensive healthcare services across multiple medical specialties, including Ophthalmology (Eye), ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), General Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Dermatology, and General Medicine.

A dedicated team of doctors from Shree Krishna Hospital provided medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment. The team included Dr. Mitul Khadadiya and Dr. Jay Patel (Medicine); Dr. Vishva Patel and Dr. Ananya Gupta (Dermatology); Dr. Swaroop Patnaik and Dr. Deep Patel (ENT); Dr. Dhruv Sharma, Dr. Manan Shroff, and Dr. Pawan Tadvala (Orthopaedics); Dr. Suhani Gupta (Obstetrics & Gynaecology); Dr. Haryax Pathak and Dr. Kamlesh Kamaliya (General Surgery); Dr. Samir Bhavsar and Dr. Trush*t Surti (Ophthalmology); and Dr. Gaurav Bhoraniya and Dr. Kalpesh Mali (Paediatrics).

More than 700 beneficiaries from Alirajpur and nearby villages availed the medical consultations and treatment during the camp. ECG tests and medicines were provided free of cost, while diagnostic services such as X-rays and blood tests were offered at concessional rates.

The initiative proved highly beneficial for residents of remote areas with limited access to healthcare facilities. Patients requiring advanced or specialized care were referred to Shree Krishna Hospital for further treatment. The hospital is empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, enabling eligible patients to receive cashless inpatient treatment.

The camp was successfully organised by the Customer Care Team of Shree Krishna Hospital with the coordination and support of Medical Superintendent of Shree Krishna Hospital, Dr. Jitesh Desai, Provost of Bhaikaka University, Dr. Abhay Dharmasi., and Registrar of Bhaikaka University Dr. Jyoti Tiwari.

The Critical Care Department of Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad, is equipped with advanced infrastructure and modern life-saving equipment, providing 24/7 intensive care services under the supervision of experienced intensivists and dedicated nursing staff.

Recently, a patient admitted with only a 10% chance of survival made a remarkable recovery due to the timely intervention and continuous efforts of the doctors and nurses. The patient’s family expressed heartfelt gratitude to the entire Critical Care team for their commitment and compassionate care.
