45 year old female suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding since 6 month. patient came to our Shree Women's and Orthopedic Hospital , Karjan . She had multiple uterine fibroid with the largest cervical fibroid was 10*8 cm size. She was operated for hysterectomy by
Dr. TUSHAR M. PATEL(GYNECOLOGIST AND LAPROSCOPIC SURGEON). Patient was discharge on 3rd day . Patient is healthy.

PATIENT WANTED TO TERMINATE HER FETAUS AND TO REMOVE THE CYST .SHE COUNCILED TO CONTINUE PREGNANCY AND SHE READY TO COUNTINUE HER PRAGNANCY.
LSCS DONE AT 38 WEEKS WITH LT SIDED OVARIAN CYSTECTOMY DONE. BOTH MOTHER AND BABY IS HEALTHY.
