Here we are doing fat grafting for our patient.
She has a tear trough defect and some pigmentation over face.

Fat grafting is done in two variants
1. Micro fat grafting- where the fat is used to augment the troughs and depressions

2. Nanofat grafting- where the fat is used to improve the skin quality to treat conditions like pigmentation and acne scar marks etc.

The benifits of fat grafting is that it’s a semipermanent to permanent procedure and the results are fairly constant.
