FAT GRAFTING: Fat grafting is such a beautiful and perfectly satisfying day care procedure to the patient and to the surgeon.

Fat grafting unlike popular opinion is not only for the beautification of face or to the scars or to improve skin quality but for giving permanent volume augmentation to the areas with less volume due to atrophy either due to injury or ageing.

Looking at the before picture you can realise that the patient has a lot of atrophy in his hand due to which all his tendons are showing more unnaturally, this has happened due to median nerve injury 3 years back, which to his misfortune was not taken care of.
Not patient presented with loss of volume and cosmetically abnormal looking hand which was causing lass of confidence.

We have done micro fat grafting in and around metacarpal areas in his hand and the results are showing more normal looking dorsum of hand after 3 months.

FEMALE TO MALE TOP SURGERY (late results) : Usually patients are coming from outstations to us for gender reassignment top and bottom surgeries so patients late follow ups are difficult to procure.

But fortunately this patient, who got his top FTM surgery from us around 1.5 year back came to us for his second surgery sitting and was kind enough to allow us to post his happy transformation.

SADDLE NOSE CORRECTION: Patients with saddle nose deformities are the most satisfied patients after a rhinoplasty surgery in our opinion.

Usually nowadays silicon implant correction is not done rather cartilage from ribs (costal cartilage) is taken for the dorsal augmentation of nose.
This patient required osteotomy for nose slimming also.

The before and after shown are only 1 week apart and there’s still a lot of swelling over nose.
But apperant results are visible for sure.
Besides patient is really happy looking at his face in the mirror which is the real win.

This is a day care surgery with patient being sent home in the evening.

Even in transgender patients we try giving natural results unlike previous trends of “the bigger the better”
