पूर्व उत्तानासन (Purva Uttanasana) जिसे Upward Plank Pose भी कहते हैं, एक ताकत और लचीलापन बढ़ाने वाला योगासन है। यह खासकर shoulders, chest, wrists और legs को मजबूत बनाता है।
👉 करने की विधि:
जमीन पर बैठ जाएं, दोनों पैर सामने सीधे रखें।
हाथों को कूल्हों के पीछे रखें, उंगलियां पैरों की ओर हों।
सांस लेते हुए शरीर को ऊपर उठाएं।
सिर को हल्का पीछे छोड़ें और शरीर को सीधी लाइन में रखें।
कुछ सेकंड होल्ड करें, फिर धीरे-धीरे नीचे आएं।

शरीर को strong और toned बनाता है
