In which we do not operate and the another one is surgical removal of wisdom tooth in which we do surgery, we give incision we do bone cutting and the tooth is removed and then suture are placed. The extraction procedure is decided after taking an IOPA routine. X-ray. so in this case, we were successful in extracting lower wisdom, tooth without surgery.
