Yoga and meditation are India's unique gift to the world. They strengthen your body and mind providing mental peace and physical power, help you fight disease and live longer and healthier. Yoga is a generic term for the physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines and good health. On the physical level, Yoga postures, called asanas, are designed to tone, strengthen and align the body. These posters are performed to make the body supple and healthy and to promote blood flow to all the organs, glands and tissues, keeping all the bodily system healthy.
We should practice yoga regularly. One day celebration of International Yoga day is not sufficient at all.
