1️⃣ PreOP-IOPAR
Patient complains of swelling on the right side of the face gradually progressing after replacement of an old restoration done three days back .

2️⃣ Access opening, BMP done irt 46, triple antibiotic paste placed as an intracanal medicament, repeated the same after a week.

3️⃣Obturation of all three canals done later till apex along with Bio C Sealer.

4️⃣ Six months post Follow-up shows good peri-apical healing.
