Ukkinadkas Ayurveda Previously known as Sahasraksha Vaidya Shala is a 60 years old Ayurvedic Institute, situated in the countryside of Kerala, India. Ukkinadkas Ayurveda is founded by Late Dr. P Narayana Bhat, Ayurveda Shiromani; now this institute is developed as a most modern Ayurvedic treatment Centre with all modern facilities and a work force lead by veteran guidance and a full fledged research wing to give support to the ‘vaidyas’ and has 30 beds to accommodations. Ukkinadkas Ayurveda provides traditional, scientific and authentic Ayurvedic treatments specific to the patient’s Ayurvedic constitution. The approach is holistic.
The centre aims to provide physical, mental and spiritual healthcare, encouraging people to turn to nature’s way of healing. We offer treatment for various illness as well as rejuvenation therapy for healthy people wanting to cleanse and refresh their body and mind. We have qualified Ayurvedic Doctors to examine patients, diagnose the type of physical or mental ailments and to prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments. Here we provide a full-fledged Panchakarma Theatre. Doctors and cordial and friendly staff makes the guests feel at home and comfortable. Dhara, Panchakarma, Marma Chikitsa, Pizhichil, Navarakizhi, shirolepa etc are the treatments and massages available. The centre also offers a comprehensive study programme.
Here, at Ukkinadkas Ayurveda in-house clinical laboratory functions round the clock, facility of emergency medicines wherever necessary for the safety of the patient. We follow a unique method of treatment which was developed over the last 60 years. We have succeeded in re-standardization of many Ayurvedic medicines in treating many acute and chronic disorders with reasoning ability according to both Ayurveda and modern principles.
