Winter Diet & Weight Loss Diet Plan Foods.

1. Fenugreek seeds
2. Cinnamon
3. Guava
4. Beetroot
5. Carrots
6. Opt for a protein-rich diet
7. Include more foods and vegetables in your meals
8. Say no to packaged and processed foods.
9. Drink More Warm Milk
10. Cauliflower and Broccoli

Sweets are believed to bring good luck, prosperity and happiness during the festive season. But at the same time Sweets can damage your inner Health.

Eating too much sugar can contribute TOOOO Many calories, OMG 😨 can u imagine ……… which can lead to WEIGHT GAIN 🤯. Being overweight increases your risk of health problems such as heart disease, some cancers and type 2 diabetes.

How to avoid Sweets in Festivals :

1. Drink a glass of water. dehydration can cause cravings.
2. Eat a fruit. Having a piece of fruit may help satisfy sugar cravings…
3. Avoid artificial sweeteners. ...
4. Eat more protein

Load up on protein: Eat protein based foods such as chickpeas and cottage cheese to fill up your protein quotient. Protein keeps your metabolism elevated and also makes you feel fuller.

When you experience a craving and hunger at the same time, force yourself to have a healthy meal rather than junk food or Sweets.

When lots of Mittai (Sweet ) dabbas coming to your home, share it with those people who are not able to afford 1 meal / day . Sharing is always Caring 🥰
