A ,15yrs old unmarried female with no surgical history, came with h/o progressive Dysmenorrhea with normal me**es for past one year. Various ultrasound examinations suggested- right sided complex cyst/Endometrioma/ Dermoid Cyst etc. Laparoscopy was performed and demonstrated left Unicornuate Uterus with right Rudimentary horn dilated by large haematometra and partially developed and engaged tube.
Initial management consisted incision and drainage of this haematometra and haematosalphinx and followed by removal of Rudimentary uterine horn, using 10mm,12mm and 5mm port.
IVP was performed to confirms normal urinary system.
