Hey guys, in one of my old posts I shared a few things-to-know about our body chakras and the issues that they have an impact on. I hope you can identify the relevant dosha (s) and chakra (s) involved.
Besides Reiki, there are different practises that, when followed with discipline and commitment, can help heal your chakras and bring them to balance.
Thus, today I'm sharing how to heal chakras through YOGA. I am confident that all fitness enthusiasts will agree that it not only helps you to get a healthy body but a balanced temperament too.
