A 15 members delegation of public welfare forum submitted a memorandum to honourable Lieutenant GovernorJkut Sh. Manoj Sinha ji regarding the RBA reservation to be granted ST -2 status to whole Lohai Malhar Bani constituency and all other RBA areas by merging 10% RBA reservation into ST -2 10% reservation to raise it to 20% as was before abrogation of article 370 to be given benefit of reservation at all India level central govt jobs, admissions in all Institutions and Universities ,RBA is a discriminatory reservation as it is not granted, recognized at all India level services even after the abrogation of art 370 .
It is against the very spirit of one nation and one reservation, one nation, one election ,one nation ,one education, one nation,one election card or Adhaar Card ,etc. it denies equal opportunities to all RBA reserved categories at all India level. Hope honourable LG to consider the demand and reconsider the proposal of Omar Abdullah govt.
The delegation led by myself include Mohd Salim Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmed Sheikh Hem Raj Thakur, Bishan Dass Thakur, Subash Chander Thakur, Vijay Sharma all retired officers , Punjab Singh Thakur, Hans Raj Sharma, Alyas M***i sahab, Abid Hussain Khan and many others.
Another delegation led by Ajab Singh retired Range officer, Sh Lekh Raj ji active social worker and youth leader ,Jaswant singh Ex Sarpanch Bani and many other also submitted the same memorandum to honourable Lieutenant Governor JKUT Manoj Sinha ji through SDM Bani for considering the demand and recommend to Omar Abdullah govt and centre govt for necessary action.

The Indian National Congress strongly condemns the heinous DEATH THREAT issued to LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi on live television by BJP spokesperson Pintu Mahadev.

This is no off-the-cuff remark or hyperbole. This is a cold and calculated death threat to a leader who stands with every Indian in the fight for justice.

This is a direct assault on the rule of law, on the Constitution that guarantees safety and security to every citizen and to democracy itself!

The latest, one of the several threats issued to Rahul ji on various occasions, raises serious questions about the intent of the BJP:

❓Is this a larger, sinister conspiracy being hatched against the people's leader, Rahul Gandhi ji?

❓Does the BJP endorse the politics of criminal intimidation, violence and even death threats?

❓Is the BJP trying to normalise violence against the LoP, a constitutional position, and other Opposition leaders who raise their voice against its misgovernance?

The Congress party and the entire nation demand:

👉 Immediate and exemplary action against Pintu Mahadev by the state police.

👉 A categorical condemnation and public apology from the BJP leadership.

If the BJP fails to do so, the nation will have every reason to believe that PM Modi and HM Amit Shah are complicit in this despicable act.
