⬇️A deficiency often happens slowly over time & can be caused by a number of reasons like an increased need for the mineral, lack of the mineral in the diet, or difficulty absorbing the mineral from food. FATIGUE, weakness & tiredness.

✨Potassium deficiency- Potassium is a mineral that functions as an electrolyte. The best sources of potassium are fruits & vegetables, such as 🍌, 🥑, dark leafy greens,potatoes, & plums. The most common cause is excessive fluid loss & The symptoms include muscle cramping & weakness.
✨Zinc deficiency- Zinc plays a role in many aspects of the body’s metabolism & important for proper growth & development during pregnancy, childhood and adolescence. Zinc is found in oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, etc. Zinc deficiency can cause loss of appetite, taste, or smell.
