Having fewer than three bowel movements a week is called constipation. However, how often you “go” varies widely from person to person. Some people have bowel movements several times a day while others have them only one to two times a week. Whatever your bowel movement pattern is, it’s unique and normal for you – as long as you don’t stray too far from your pattern.

Constipation happens most often due to changes in diet or routine, or due to inadequate intake of fiber. Low stomach acid and dehydration are also common factors that can cause constipation.

MIN talks MINerals this fine day ☀️💥Save this now & read later or better read now.A mineral deficiency usually occurs when our body doesn’t obtain or absorb the required amount of a mineral.

⬇️A deficiency often happens slowly over time & can be caused by a number of reasons like an increased need for the mineral, lack of the mineral in the diet, or difficulty absorbing the mineral from food. FATIGUE, weakness & tiredness.

✨Calcium deficiency - Cal is needed for strong bones, teeth & proper function of your blood vessels, muscles, nerves, & hormones. Natural sources of calcium include milk, yogurt, 🧀, & small 🐠with bones, beans, and peas. Vegetables such as 🥦, kale, and Chinese cabbage also provide calcium.

For far too long I let my weight dictate my happiness. I’d put off doing certain things until I reached my “goal” weight. I’d be miserable on the days my scale popped up with a number I deemed “too high”. I thought acceptance came from looking a certain way.

Stop going towards the fancy and western foods which they are trying to cell you.
Stop going towards the products like green tea and detox waters which claim to be rich in anti oxidants .
Sure they are rich in antioxidants but we as Indians have naturally occurring antioxidants in our regular diets already.
All the spices that we consume here have some or the other and most of the times many benefits.

This doesn't mean you need to have jeera pani/ haldi pani/ cinnamon water etc.
Stop falling into these traps.
They are good for you but as spices , not as the hero product.

These things are also like the viral whatsapp messages. No one knows where it came from and is true or not but because many people are having so others start having it and saddest part is that there are certified nutritionists and dietitians who are prescribing it

1. Excess calories from any source can make you gain fat.

2. Eating healthy or clean doesn’t mean you can eat as much as you want, you still have to maintain a calorie deficit and get foods from all food groups

3. If your working hours or rather waking hours are in the second half of the day and you are a late sleeper then how are you supposed to stay hungry for all this while?
4. Any diet or exercise cannot make you lose belly fat or from any specific spot. Like biceps are done to tone bicep muscles similarly crunches can only tone the abdominal muscles. It has no effect on belly fat
5. This one is a joke. You cannot increase your metabolism. There are no foods which can do that. No number of meals can do that
6. Why restricting food? Some might be less healthier than others but that doesn’t mean you cannot have it. Everything can be a part of diet if had in right proportions and balance
