ଜନଔଷଧି ରେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଔଷଧ ଅତି ଶସ୍ତା ରେ ମିଳିବା କାରଣ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଆମ ପଞ୍ଜିକୃତ ଫାର୍ମାସିଷ୍ଟ ମାନେ. ଅଳ୍ପ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ରେ ଫାର୍ମାସିଷ୍ଟ ମାନେ ଉଚ୍ଚମାନର ଔଷଧ ତିଆରି କରୁଛନ୍ତି. କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁଃଖ ର ବିଷୟ ଓଡିଶା ରେ ଫାର୍ମା କମ୍ପାନୀ ନ ଥିବା କାରଣ ରୁ ଓଡିଶା ରେ ଥିବା ପଞ୍ଜିକୃତ ଫାର୍ମାସିଷ୍ଟ ମାନେ ଓଡିଶା ବାହାରକୁ ଦାଦନ ଖଟିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି. ମାନ୍ୟବର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଯଦି ଓଡିଶା ରେ ଫାର୍ମା କମ୍ପାନୀ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରନ୍ତେ ତେବେ ଓଡିଶା ପଞ୍ଜିକୃତ ଫାର୍ମାସିଷ୍ଟ ମାନେ ବାହାରେ କୁ ନ ଯାଇ ଓଡିଶା ରେ ହିଁ କାମ କରନ୍ତେ.

Subject: Representation regarding Registration Issues faced by D.Pharm Students of odisha (Session 2021-23)

Respected President of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
On behalf of the Odisha Registered Pharmacists Association (ORPhA), we bring to your notice the difficulties faced by D.Pharm students of odisha (Session 2021-23) regarding their registration process.

Background:

- Admitted to D.Pharm course in 2021.
- Appeared for Part 1 board examination (1st year) in 2023.
- Appeared for Part 2 board examination (2nd year)
Issue:

- CLC and Conduct certificates issued by colleges/boards incorrectly mention admission year as 2022-24
- Discrepancy causes registration difficulties.

ORPhA Request:

1. Direct OSBP to correct admission year on certificates to 2021.
2. Provide clear registration guidelines for affected students.
3. Waive Exit Examination requirement considering exceptional circumstances.

ORPhA urges PCI to address these concerns, ensuring timely registration and smooth transition of these students into the profession.
