Short case of the day:-
One 25 year old young patient reported to the clinic with pain and sensitivity with 26, on diagnosis RCT was advised to the patient.
Single sitting RCT was completed, crown was not required as oblique ridge was preserved during access opening, post RC composite filling was done. Irrigation done with full concentration hypo, saline and EDTA.
Files Neoendo 25 # 4% in MB1, MB2, And DB canals with working length of 20.5mm
25 #, 6% used in Palatal canal wl 22 mm.
Sealer: AH plus
Composite: 3M filtek 350, flowable and nano hybrid
