જનરલ હોસ્પીટલ જામ-ખંભાલીયા ની માહિતીની રૂપરેખા
આ હોસ્પીટલ સને :- ૧૯૩૭ થી મોંઘીબાઈ હોસ્પીટલ તરીકે અસ્તિત્વમાં આવી ત્યાર બાદ વર્ષો સુધી આ હોસ્પીટલ સામુહિક આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર તરીકે હતી. જે સને ૧૯૯૩ થી જનરલ હોસ્પીટલ તરીકે ચાલુ થઈ ત્યાર થી ૯૨ પથારી ની સગવડતા ધરાવતી હતી તેમાંથી વધારીને હાલ ૧૫૦ પથારી ની સગવડતા વાળી બનાવામાં આવેલ છે
શરૂઆતમા આ હોસ્પીટલ માં વર્ગ–૧ ના ૪ અધિકારીઓની સંખ્યાઓં મંજુર થયેલ હતી.અને વર્ગ–૨ ના ૩ અધિકારીઓની જગ્યા મંજુર થયેલ હતી. જે ચાર વર્ષ ના પ્રયત્નો બાદ વર્ગ–૧ ના ૧૧ અધિકારીઓં અને વર્ગ–૨ ના ૫ અધિકારીઓ/મેડીકલ ઓફિસરની જગ્યાઓ મંજુર થયેલ. જે અત્યારે વર્ગ–૧ ના ૧૭ અધિકારીઓ ની જગ્યા છે. અને વર્ગ–૨ ની ૭ મેડીકલ ઓફિસરની જગ્યા મંજુર થયેલ છે.

(૧) આ હોસ્પીટલમા હાલમાં રોજના ૫૦૦ થી ૬૦૦ દર્દીઓં ઓ.પી.ડી/બહારના દર્દી તરીકે સારવાર લેવા આવે છે.
