WHAT TO DO??

Here are some Do's n Don'ts for heat rash

* Maintain the temperature and humidity
* Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes
* Take cold showers or apply ice packs to ease the itch
* Apply non perfumed talcum powder
* Avoid using perfumed shower gels & creams
* Do not scratch the rash

Contact the dermatologist if the rash increases or persists beyond a week.
