On the occasion of Republic Day, Agarwal Maternity & General Hospital celebrated with a sense of patriotism and responsibility towards the planet. The flag hoisting ceremony was not just a tribute to the nation but also a call to action against climate change.
A Step Towards Sustainability :- Recognizing the urgent need for environmental consciousness, the hospital has taken a significant step by installing a 50KW solar power generator. This initiative aligns with our commitment to sustainable healthcare and reducing our carbon footprint. By harnessing solar energy, we aim to lead by example and encourage others in the medical community to adopt eco-friendly practices.
Climate Change: A Shared Responsibility:- The highlight of the event was an insightful speech by our esteemed chief guest, Prachi Shevgaonkar, a well-known climate advocate and founder of an application designed for climate action named 'Cool The Globe. She emphasized the need for immediate action to combat climate change and how individuals, businesses, and institutions can contribute to a greener future. Her words resonated deeply with the audience, inspiring everyone to make small yet impactful changes in their daily lives.
