We're pleased to announce that the Undergraduate Students' Council for the Academic Session 2023-24 has been successfully constituted. This council has been established to be the voice of our undergraduate students and to ensure that your academic journey here is as smooth and productive as possible.
Should you encounter any issues, have queries, or face any challenges during your academic session, please know that there are multiple avenues through which you can seek assistance:
1. Department UG Representatives: Each academic department has dedicated Undergraduate Representatives. They are your first point of contact for department-specific concerns and are well-equipped to address or escalate your concerns as needed.
2. Undergraduate Representative to the Institute Senate: For matters that transcend departmental boundaries or for broader institutional concerns, you can reach out to the Undergraduate Representative to the Institute Senate. They are here to ensure that the collective concerns of our undergraduate students are heard at the highest levels of our academic governance.
3. Student Grievance Form: We understand that sometimes, you might prefer a written medium to voice your concerns. For this reason, we have made available the "Students’ Grievance Form." This form is a confidential platform where you can express your issues, provide feedback, or seek guidance.
