Actually it's a case of Type II Diabetes Mellitus.
If any person's blood sugar level got that much high even after taking conventional method of treatment ( Oral antidiabetic drugs) then they usually go for insulin therapy( after consultation with General Physician). So , after explaining the possible outcomes if the medicines doesn't respond and the diet and regimen which must be followed during the period of treatment, treatment was started on the most possible safest way and here is the result..Now the blood sugar level is getting in control moderately and it will be fully in control after some time..

Actually it is a viral( Varicella Zoster) infection..
Usually patient comes with grouped painful vesicular eruption associated with burning sensation..

Case Of Pustular Psoriasis::
It's the picture of 3rd visit.

Due to some malfunctions of the device photos of 1st and 2nd visit couldn't be uploaded..

1st visit symptoms:: There was multiple scabs around the back and under these scabs there was pus with severe itching and burning on that area..

On 3rd visit :: Most of the Scabs are almost gone and there is no burning sensation on that area till now but very minimal itching still present...

Hoping that remaining symptoms will be gone very fast...
