I had the privilege of delivering a lecture on Healthy Aging at the Department of Physiotherapy, G.N.A University, Phagwara.

Addressing 150 bright and passionate students was truly inspiring. Your curiosity, enthusiasm, and energy made the session alive and meaningful. For me, teaching is not just sharing knowledge—it is living my passion, and each interaction like this reinforces why I love what I do. 💙
This honor of imparting whatever knowledge I can is, in itself, the greatest reward. Gratitude for the Universe, Almighty, my Parents and my loved ones for supporting me.
