Hello Guys, As Navaratri around sharing some diet tips to help you have healthy Fasting -
1. Add variety of fruits/ mixed fruit bowl/ fruit juices or smoothies 🍹
2. veggies in the form of soup or boiled sabji
3. Curd, Milk, plain buttermilk, yogurt etc. 🥛
4. tea or green tea ☕
5. sugarcane juice or coconut water / lime water
6. Amaranth / mordhan or sava ka chawal also called as bhagar or vari. Try Rajgira kadhi, Moraiya khichadi, upvashache thalipeeth etc.
7. Roasted nuts, dates dryfruit laddoo or peanuts 🥜
8. Rajgira chikki or peanut chikki or peanut jaggery laddo
9. Nuts like Almonds/ walnuts/ cashew nuts
10. Oilseeds like sunflower seeds or watermelon seeds.

Avoid deep fried items.
