says that the amount of semen that is released once an adult healthy male has in*******se contains 400 million s***m.

So, according to logic, if that amount of s***m found a place in the womb of a woman, then 400 million babies would be created!

Out of this 400 million ***m, running like crazy towards the egg, only 300-500 s***m survive.

And the rest? They die of exhaustion or defeat on the way. These are 300-500 s***m, which have been able to reach the o**m. Only one of them, a very strong s***m, fertilizes the o**m, or takes a seat in the o**m. That lucky s***m is you or me, or all of us.

Have you ever thought of this great war?

1. When you ran "there were no eyes, hands, feet, head, yet you won.

2. When you ran, you didn't have a certificate, you didn't have a brain, but you won.

3. You had no when you ran, no one helped but you won.

4. You had a destination when you ran and you ran with a single mind, aiming at that destination and you won in the end.

- After that, many are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead, you have completed 9 full months.

- Many babies die at birth but you survived.

- Many babies die in the first 5 years of life. You are still alive.

- Many children die of malnutrition. Nothing happened to you.

- Many have left the world on the way to growing up, you are still there.

And today ......

You panic when something happens, you get frustrated, but why? Why do you think you lost? Why have you lost confidence? Now you have friends, siblings, certificates, everything. There are hands and feet, there is education, there is the brain to plan, there are people to help, yet you have lost hope.

When you did not give up on the first day of life. Fighting to the death with 400 million s***m, you won the competition alone without any help by running continuously.

Why do you break down when something happens ??
Why do you say I do not want to live?
why are you frustrated?

Why would you lose? Why rate? You won in the beginning, you will win in the end.

You are a born winner ❤️🤗🤗

Ah phototherapy! The undoubtedly life saving procedure and the new born equivalent of ultra chill in a tropical paradise beach😁 who doesn't love the sunshine!

Okay, so In the 1950s, kernicterus was still a big problem due to Rh incompatible pregnancies and Exchange Transfusion(ET) had its own risks & challenges. Sister Jean Ward, the sister in-charge of the Premature Unit of an Essex hospital was a keen outdoor fan, and would wheel the delicate infants out into the courtyard, convinced that the fresh air and warm sunshine would do them much more good than the stuffy incubator vibe. As this stealth mission was going on for a while, the pediatrician as well as her noticed that jaundiced yellowish neonates had become paler and healthier. Also, hospital biochemists noted erroneously low bilirubin levels in samples sitting in sunlight before processing.

A decade later, the landmark randomized controlled trial showing the efficacy of phototherapy was published by Dr.Jerold Lucey. Yet he spent the next ten gruelling years defending his trial! Yea you heard it right. There was a bit of uncertainties in the role of free bilirubin in causing kernicterus, admist the evident benefit of phototherapy over ET. Even his friends and colleagues turned cynical.

Dr. Lucey, who good-humoredly styled himself the “Prince of Light,” went head on against the World. Many NICUs banned phototherapy leaving the pediatric residents of many hospitals in an ethical dilemma to the physician's commitment. Many residents unofficially changed the NICU mandates of ET over a more pragmatic and safe phototherapy for mild to moderate neonatal jaundice.

With time through struggles, in the 1980s, phototherapy had become the standard of care for jaundiced neonates. ET was resorted to refractory jaundice and severe cases. Yes, it was not an easy journey to establish phototherapy as a life saving intervention despite adequate science.

Yes, this is a tale of determination, persistence, hope, an unquenchable thirst for research and an inextinguishable fire burning in you. You got to do what you got to do🔥🍃
