But anxiety disorders cause intense, hard-to-control fear. Over 300 million people are affected – mostly women.
*Symptoms include:*
• Constant worry or fear
• Trouble concentrating & sleeping
• Irritability or restlessness
• Nausea or stomach upset
• Heart palpitations
• Sweating or trembling
• Feeling panic or doom
*What can help:*
• Reduce alcohol and drug use 🚭
• Exercise regularly 🚶🏾♀️
• Keep a healthy diet and sleep routine 🍎
• Practise deep breathing & mindfulness 🧘🏽
