പ്രതീക്ഷകളുടെ പൂവിളികളുമായാണ് ഓരോ ഓണവും മലയാളികളെ തേടി വരുന്നത്. മലയാളത്തിന്റെ പുതുവർഷമയും കാർഷിക ഉത്സവങ്ങളുടെ ആഘോഷമായും പൊന്നിൻ ചിങ്ങത്തെ കരുതി വരുന്നു. പരിധികളില്ലാത്ത സന്തോഷവും അതിരുകളില്ലാത്ത ആഘോഷവും ഓണക്കാലത്തിൻറെ പ്രത്യേകതകളാണ്.

എന്നാൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷത്തെയും ഈ വർഷത്തെയും ഓണം പരിധികളുടെതും നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളുടെതുമാണ്. പകർച്ച വ്യാധി വിട്ടൊഴിയണമെങ്കിൽ അത് അത്യാവശ്യവുമാണ്.
അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അകലങ്ങളിലിരുന്നുകൊണ്ട് പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരോട് സംവദിക്കുക മാത്രമാണ് ഈ കരുതലിന്റെ കാലത്ത് ഏറ്റവും സുരക്ഷിതമായ മാർഗ്ഗം.

ഈ മഹാമാരി ഓണത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവിനെ തളർത്താൻ നമുക്ക് അനുവദിക്കരുത്. ഈ സന്തോഷകരമായ അവസരത്തിൽ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ആരോഗ്യവും സന്തോഷവും ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു.
ഈ ഓണം നിങ്ങൾക്കും കുടുംത്തിലും സന്തോഷവും സമാധാനവും നിറയട്ടെ എന്ന് ആശംസിക്കുന്നു..

കോവിഡ്‌ വാക്സിനേഷന്‍ എപ്പോള്‍ എടുക്കണം എന്നതിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പുതിയ ഗൈഡ്‌ലൈൻ

1. കോവിഡ്‌ രോഗം വന്നു മാറിയ ആള്‍ക്ക് രോഗം നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി മൂന്നു മാസം തികഞ്ഞ ശേഷമാണു വാക്സിന്‍ എടുക്കേണ്ടത്.

2. കോവിഡ്‌ രോഗം വന്നു ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ അഡ്മിറ്റ്‌ ആയ രോഗിക്ക് കോവിഡ്‌ മോണോക്ലോണല്‍ ആന്റിബോഡിയോ പ്ലാസ്മ തെറപ്പിയോ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഡിസ്ചാര്‍ജ് ആയി മൂന്നു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് വാക്സിന്‍ നല്‍കേണ്ടത്.

3. ആദ്യ ഡോസ് എടുത്ത ശേഷം പോസിറ്റീവ് ആയിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാലും രോഗം മാറി നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി മൂന്നു മാസത്തിനു ശേഷമാണ് രണ്ടാമത്‌ ഡോസ്‌ വാക്സിന്‍ എടുക്കേണ്ടത്.

4. സാരമായ രോഗം വന്നു ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ആയിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഐസിയു അഡ്മിഷന്‍ വേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍ എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ളവര്‍ വാക്സിന്‍ എടുക്കാന്‍ 4-8 ആഴ്ച കാത്തിരിക്കണം.

5. വാക്സിന്‍ എടുത്ത ശേഷവും അത് പോലെ കോവിഡ്‌ നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി പതിനാലു ദിവസത്തിനു ശേഷവും രക്തം ദാനം ചെയ്യാം.

6. മുലയൂട്ടുന്ന അമ്മമാര്‍ക്ക് കോവിഡ്‌ വാക്സിന്‍ എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

7. വാക്സിനെടുക്കുന്നതിനു മുന്‍പ് ആന്റിജന്‍ ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതില്ല.
