🍈 Star Fruit: A Natural Star with a Hidden Side!

Star fruit, also known as Carambola, is juicy, tangy, and packed with health benefits:
✅ Rich in Vitamin C
✅ High in dietary fiber
✅ Boosts immunity & aids digestion
✅ Low in calories – perfect for healthy snacking!

🚫 But caution! Not for everyone.
If you have kidney problems or are on dialysis, avoid star fruit.

Why? It contains:
🔬 Oxalic acid – can accumulate in the body and damage kidneys
🧠 Caramboxin – a neurotoxin that can affect the brain in kidney-impaired individuals

⚠️ Possible side effects include confusion, seizures, and even coma in severe cases.
