My philosophy on Life Coaching / Human Training

I believe in the words of the American psychologist and philosopher William James - “The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes of mind”. I believe any human being can train himself to be better in his/her personal and professional life. For this, one has to be aware of this possibility

and each one’s potential to improve on himself/herself. One has to realize everything can be done in a better way provided he becomes aware of its principle and concepts. It is a process of rediscovering and reinventing oneself…

Me as a coach or trainer helps one through this process by asking questions, discussing the principles and making one aware of the concepts of human thought process, behaviours, relations and psychology. Me as a coach mainly acts as a mirror helping one to discover the problems in one’s thought processes, attitudes, behaviour, interpersonal relationships, life skills. It is a process of helping people to identify and achieve their personal goals. He help his clients set and reach goals using a variety of tools and techniques. This entire process draws inspiration from disciplines including sociology, psychology, positive adult development, career counseling, mentoring and other types of counselling
The coaching can be of various types like personal coaching, business coaching, executive coaching among the most sort after. Balance means ensuring health, relationships and mental peace are all in good order. Having success without balance is like having a luxury car with a flat tyre. My strategy would be based on the principles of Indian philosophy and ethics; which I believe has stood the test of time and is capable of equipping one in handling any life situation boldly and efficiently. Thrust will be given for happiness, peace of mind and contentment of the individual rather than anything else. I believe are people are the most valuable asset and investment of any organisation and improving the quality of its workforce is the most important investment an organization can do to ensure its overall success. The coaching/training done is tailor made to groups or individual and acceptance of the responsibility is subjected to viability of the program.

We are always worried about conflicts, in our personal, family, social and professional life. It is there even in social media when different ideas meet.
